The Thomas Lanham Family 1700 or 1701

Thomas Lanham, was born about 1700/1701, probably in Prince Georges (PG) Co., Maryland, a son of John Senior and his wife, and married Sarah "of FURLOCK' (maiden name unknown).
Thomas and Sarah Lanham had one son Stephen, and two daughters, Ellinor (Eleanor) and Mary Lanham. (St. John’s Piscataway Parish Register, page 271/2).
A Thomas Lanham is listed in the records in the records as owning a tract of land called "Sandy Thicket" in 1732 in PG Co. Thomas and Sarah transferred "Sandy Thicket" on March 1739 to a John Hawkens, Jr.
A Thomas Lanham Jr. is also listed as owning a tract of land called "Two Johns" on 1772 in Prince Georges County.
(i.) Daughter, Eleanor LANHAM, was born 10 April 1724.
(ii.) Stephen LANHAM, was born 28 May 1726 (Per the PG Co. and Montgomery Co. volumes of "Revolutionary Patriots"), and married (1) Leah UNKNOWN, and (2) Susannah (maiden name unknown). See The Stephen Lanham (1726) Family for details.
(iii.) Daughter, Mary LANHAM, was born 3 July 1728. (Reg. of King George Parish)
A Thomas Lanham, (perhaps a Thomas second marriage?), Planter of Prince George’s Co., conveyed to Martha Clarvo Pearson, a widow of Prince George’s Co, with whom he had a contact of marriage, all his estate, household goods, stock, slaves etc., April 20, 1751. Martha died 28 Dec 1767, leaving her husband Thomas Lanham, Priscilla and Catherine Jenkins, daughters of Francis Jenkins, servant Sarah Dunstan, nephew John Clarvo, Sr., who was named executor. The will was witnessed by Nathaniel Newton and Henry and John Walker {MWB 36:356 (Dearing)]. (See Prince George’s Co. deed PP: 114, 1751 and will WD1:356, 1767)(17 Apr1751, Lib PP Folio 115and Robert Barnes)(Mike Williams Lanham line.)
1776 census of ST. John’s and Prince George Parishes, Maryland shows the following:

Thomas Lanham Patt 100 acres Sandy Thickett......Know Ye that for & in consideration that Thomas Lanham of Prince George County in our sd providence of Maryland hath due unto him one hundred acres of land within our sd providence by virtue of a war't for that Quantity granted him the twenty fifth day of November Seventeen hundred & twenty Eight as appears in our land office........... We Do therefore hereby Grant unto him the sd Thos. Lanham all that tract or parcel of land called Sandy Thickett lying in the sd county & beginning at a bounded White Oak Standing on a White Gravelly point near Thomas Kendricks plantat'n & running thence South Six deg'rd .......... and now Laid out for one hundred acres of Land more or Less according to the Cert of Survey thereof taken & returned into our Land Office bearing date the Second day of Dec'ber Seventeen hundred & twenty nine and there remained.......To Have & To Hold the same unto him the s'd Thomas Lanham his heirs & Assigns for Ever ....... Yealding and paying therefore yearly ....... at the Citty of St Maries ............. the rent of four Shillings Ster in Silver or Gold ........ Given under our Great Seal of our providence of Maryland this twenty Sixth day of October Seventeen hundred and thirty two -WITNESS our trusty & well beloved Sam Ogle Esq'r ..... Sam'l ( Great Seal) Ogle Chan'r
March 26, 1739, Thomas Lanham and wife Sarah of Prince George Co., Maryland, sold to John Hawkins, June for 1200 pounds of tobacco "all that Tract or Parcel of Land Called "Sandy Thickett" lying in the said county " near Thomas Kindricks plantation".
The above sale papers were signed, sealed and delivered in the presence of Jno. Addison and George Frazer.
